“Maimukashi” is an higher quality matcha with a delicious sweet taste.

It can be prepared as a ‘koicha’ (dense, strong matcha) and you may also enjoy preparing it as a ‘usucha’ (thinner matcha).
Although matcha often has a image of being astringent, this matcha has almost no bitterness with a rather silky smooth texture.
