Yamashita’s Gyokuro “Yamashita-Jirushi”
The first step into gyokuro, from the Yamashita masters.
The name of this Matcha refers to the beautiful, green colour of the Uji area during harvest time. Uji midori is perfect for practicing Japanese tea ceremonies (cha-no-yu). It is a classic, deliciously smooth, thin-style Matcha (Usucha), high in antioxidants and very popular with our customers. The tea is rich with an intense, green colour and mild, aromatic aftertaste. It comes hermetically double-sealed to lock in freshness.
